Shipping Policy
At Chi's Clothing & Cosmetics, our order processing time is 1-5 business days before your shipment is dispatched. Once your order is ready to go, you can expect the following shipping options:
- First Class Package: 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Priority Package: 2-3 business days for delivery.
Please take note that we are not liable for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. It's essential to double-check and ensure that your mailing address is complete and accurate when you check out.
In the event that an incorrect address was supplied, a reshipment fee will be required to resend your package to the correct address.

Once your items have been shipped and handed over to the post office, we no longer bear responsibility for the package's safe delivery.
